The bagel was supposed to be toasted it was cold as it arrived. They called to tell me they were out of carrot cake, which would have been fine if they didn't actually charge me for it!

I love their bagels! I always order a dozen when I have company over, and I never seem to have any left overs. I like that they have many different flavors of cream cheese to choose from. I also really like the egg salad sandwich- yum.

i ordered a salad with grilled shrimp and got cheap defrosted shrimp and also instead of romaine salad i got cheap house salad and when i called them they didnt care!!!! never ever again

Their create your own salads are good and their bagels are true new york bagels. The delivery is fast - great to order from any time of day.

Ordered the Chicken Caesar Wrap and Greek Yogurt. Delivery was fast, wrap was pretty decent but also kind of small, may want to order more than one thing if you're hungry

To start, the delivery was 30 minutes late and I live 4 blocks away. Second, there was withered lettuce on the turkey sandwich which tells me it wasn't prepared fresh. Lastly, the potato salad was undercooked and the "fresh" egg salad was bland. A real let down on the lunch.

Used to be good. Ordered two bagels and an omelette. Omelette was OK, at bes. The bagels--I'm pretty sure they gave us yesterday's left over. I eat a lot of bagels and I knew right right when I bit into it that it wasn't fresh. Bread factory has better bagels if you're going to order on SeamlessWeb.

Food was decent but portions didn't match the price. The bagel sandwich was tasty but tiny for 6.95. The chicken sand had good flavor but too much chicken for the baguette but well priced for 8.
